Using only the essential ingredients for bread, our company’s traditions and approach to bread making dates back thousands of years.  Our classic sourdough bread began with our Mother Sourdough Starter, which is over twenty years old.  Every loaf is hand shaped by our bakers, using only the freshest herbs like Rosemary, Thyme, as well as Parmesan and Asiago cheese, and Kalamata olives.  The result will withstand the test of time and remain something so fundamental to all our meals.
